PROJECT OVERVIEW
At a cost of $600 million, the building stands 13 stories tall and spans 83,550 square metres of office space. While the floor plates each encompass up to 9800 square metres, the curvature of the building, internal meeting rooms, facilities, and vaulted atriums bring the workspaces back to an intimate scale.
It’s the single-largest commercial tenancy in the southern hemisphere, with internal spaces optimised for 6,500 employees.

PSV completed thorough peer reviews and structural certification for this building, working closely with structural design engineers and the relevant building surveyor of the project.
