The redevelopment of RACV Cape Schanck Resort encompasses the creation of a new 30,000m² building spanning five levels, complete with underground parking, an indoor pool, a day spa, and a gymnasium.

The innovative design features three circular structures enveloped by a gracefully curved facade atop a glass podium.
