The Animal Care and Management Training Package was approved in February 2004.  The Amenity Horticulture and the Rural Production Training Packages were approved in April 2003. The Conservation and Land Management package was approved in 2002.

These Training Package reviews and subsequent publication are the results of years of  review and input from all states and territories of Australia in an effort to standardise education levels across Australia.
