Primary Skills Victoria is currently completing a project, funded by Australian Wool Innovation Ltd. and supported by industry and training organisations throughout Victoria, to assist to facilitate wool handling and wool industry programs for rural secondary school students in local areas where a shortage of industry personnel has been identified.

Programs have been conducted throughout 2009/10 in Warracknabeal, Edenhope, Boort and Hamilton. and PSV has submitted for further assistence from AWI to continue programs into 2010-11.
