Primary Skills Victoria is currently coordinating a project, funded by Australian Wool Innovation Ltd. and supported by industry and training organisations throughout Victoria, to assist to facilitate wool handling and wool industry programs for rural secondary school students in local areas where a shortage of industry personnel has been identified.

Programs have been conducted throughout 2009/10 in Warracknabeal and Edenhope.

Programs scheduled to be conducted in Boort and Hamilton will run over the next few months.
