Overview

According to the Rural Training Council of Australia, Captive Animals encompasses positions such as zookeepers (working within aquariums, theme parks, wildlife parks, and zoos), wildlife attendants and carers (working within wildlife parks, wildlife care & rehabilitation facilities), circus workers, mobile display workers.

According to industry requirements, this stream of the Animal Care and Management Training Package will be taught as a Certificate III and Certificate IV level qualification.
